Echinacea purpurea Little Magnus
Little Magnus Coneflower features beautiful lightly scented pink daisy flowers with orange eyes at the end of the stems from mid summer to mid autumn which are most effective when planted in groupings. The flowers are excellent for cutting. It's pointy leaves remain green in color throughout the season.
If you remove the spent flowers as they fade it will encourage lots more to follow and therefore prolong the display well into autumn
Plants are strong and bushy in habit, ideal for borders and growing in mixed containers.
Coneflowers are sturdy and easy care perennials that perform best in a sunny location.
Lift and divide congested colonies in autumn or spring. In autumn cut back all dead flower stems to the ground. Coneflowers benefit from a spring or autumn mulch with well-rotted compost.
