Centranthus Alba Coccineus "Valerian" flowers in summer producing pure white heads of small flowers, with branched stems and smooth, grey green leaves.
Height and Spread 90cm x 60cm (30" x 24")This hardy plant self seeds readily, naturalizes well on old walls and also thrives in well-drained soil in sun. A good plant for a dry stony corner, it likes lime.
Plant in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun or light shade. Enrich the soil with well-rotted organic manure before planting and feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer every two weeks during the growing period.
